The maximum amount you can receive for this amount is: 4 fabric samples requests.
Dimensions
Our samples are cutting samples of approximately 3 × 2 cm. These are intended to assess color, structure and quality.
Do you need larger samples for a project? Please feel free to contact us.
Why are the samples so small?
We process large numbers of sample requests every day. That is why all samples are cut to a fixed size in advance, so that they can be sent by letter.
This means you benefit from:
- Fast shipping
- Low shipping costs
- No unnecessary packaging costs
- More environmentally friendly shipping
Shipping costs are based on the official postal rate bpost and the processing of your request.
Please note: This shipping method is for fabric samples only and is not suitable for other items.
📦 Large or heavy items
For large, long or heavy products we offer transport via our own transport service or a specialized transporter.
This shipping method cannot currently be selected online.
Please contact us in advance for a quote or suitable shipping solution.
Returns
We strive for satisfied customers. Is your order not entirely to your liking? Then the return conditions below apply.
Standard items
- You have 14 days reflection period after receiving your order.
- Then you still have 14 days to return the items to us.
- After receiving your return, we will pay the purchase amount 14 days back.
- The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.
Furniture fabrics and custom work
Because upholstery fabrics are specially cut to size for each order, these fall under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal.
That is why the products below: cannot be returned:
- Furniture fabrics per meter
- Substances for which a sample can be requested
- Custom-cut products
- Other items specially made for you
We therefore always recommend that you first request a fabric sample if you are in doubt about the color or material.
Register a return
Before you return an item, you must first register the return with us by email.
After receiving your request you will receive further return instructions.
