SHIPPING COSTS 

Samples request

– Within Europe €2.95. Please note this shipping method is not suitable for other items. 

You can request a maximum of 4 samples for this amount (note: these are cut samples of approximately 3 by 2 cm, if you need larger samples, please contact us)

The official price for a stamp within Europe, as shown on the bpost website, is indeed €2.78. Our shipping costs and processing are tailored to this.

Regarding our samples: they are pre-cut as standard because we work in large volumes. In Belgium there are strict rules for mailing with a stamp, and to avoid delays or extra costs, we ensure that our shipments are postal-friendly. This allows everyone to easily enjoy our fabrics.

We understand that everyone has their own opinion, but we do our best to provide an efficient and customer-friendly service, and many customers appreciate this.

Large and/or heavy items, own transport service:
– please contact us, it is not yet possible to choose this option online. 

RETURNS

– You are entitled to a 14-day reflection period on standard products

– You then have time to return it within 14 days

– We have 14 days after receipt to issue the refund

– Return postage costs are entirely at your own expense 

– Products for which a sample can be requested cannot be returned ( upholstery fabrics are therefore excluded from the statutory cooling-off period)

– Returns must first be reported by email
