Knives for upholstery and flooring work are available at BLADI: a retractable knife and a snap-off knife, both with soft grip, plus refill blades of 18 and 19 mm, also in an angled version. This gives you the right knife for cutting carpet, fabric, cardboard and paper to size.
Retractable knife or snap-off knife?
The retractable knife has a sliding, refillable blade that you can set to different lengths. The snap-off knife uses a snap-off system, so you always have a sharp blade to hand. Both Verlofix knives have a soft-grip handle that sits comfortably in the hand and lets you cut accurately.
Refill blades
- Snap-off knife refill 18 mm: pack of 10 blades, for flooring and upholstery work.
- Retractable knife refill 19 mm: to replace old or worn blades in the retractable knife.
- Retractable knife refill, angled 19 mm: the angled shape lets you cut precisely in corners and awkward spots.
For cutting fabric, you are better off using a pair from our scissors collection. Measure and mark out before cutting with our measuring and marking tools, and you’ll find carpet tape under floor supplies.
