Not sure about the colour or texture? Then request a fabric sample first.

Costs

• Belgium: € 2,95
• Other EU countries: € 3,49

For this amount you can request up to 4 fabric samples.

Dimensions

Our samples are cut swatches of approx. 3 × 2 cm. They are intended for assessing colour, texture and quality.

Do you need larger samples for a project? Please feel free to contact us.

Why are the samples so small?

We process large numbers of sample requests every day. That is why all samples are pre-cut to a fixed size so they can be sent as letter post.

This gives you:

• Fast shipping
• Low shipping costs
• No unnecessary packaging costs
• More environmentally friendly shipping

The shipping costs are based on the official postal rate of bpost and the handling of your request.

Please note: This shipping method is intended exclusively for fabric samples and is not suitable for other items.

📦 Large or heavy items

For large, long or heavy products we offer transport by our own delivery service or a specialised carrier.

This shipping method cannot yet be selected online.

Please contact us in advance for a quotation or a suitable shipping solution.

Returns

We strive for satisfied customers. If your order is not entirely to your liking, the return conditions below apply.

Standard items

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order.
• You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
• After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Upholstery fabrics and made-to-measure

Because upholstery fabrics are cut to size specifically for each order, they fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.

The following products therefore cannot be returned:

• Upholstery fabrics by the metre
• Fabrics for which a sample can be requested
• Products cut to size
• Other items made especially for you

We therefore always recommend requesting a fabric sample first if you are unsure about the colour or material.

Registering a return

Before returning an item, you must first register the return with us by email.

Once we have received your request, you will receive further return instructions.
