Applications
Fine thread goes with thin steel: the hardened point pierces it effortlessly and the screw pulls the board tight against the profile. It is the most compact size of the three fine-thread collated screws. The strip runs without jams through any standard collated screwdriver. For indoor use; the heads later disappear under plaster or latex paint. On timber battens the coarse 3.9 mm variant grips better.
