Uses

Slim metal frames are common on a plant stand, a side table, a bar stool with thin struts or a wire rack. Without a cap, the bare tube end rubs on the floor and leaves streaks or scratches. With a well-fitting cap the piece stands more steadily and moves without noise. Unsure about the size? Measure the outside of the leg with callipers or a tape measure: this cap only fits neatly at exactly 12 mm. Is the leg slightly thicker? Choose the 16 mm furniture cap. If the tube is open at the bottom and you would rather insert something, have a look at the pipe stoppers in the furniture caps and pipe stoppers collection.
