Slightly longer than the 35 mm version: the plasterboard screw 3.5 x 45 mm PH-2 is a loose drywall screw with fine thread and bugle head, in packs of 1000. At 45 mm you get more hold than with the shorter 3.5 x 35 mm.

Applications
Thanks to the black coating, the plaster does not attack the screws. The bugle head sinks neatly into the paper face, giving a clean finish that is easy to fill afterwards. Besides fixing plasterboard to steel profiles, they can be used for building furniture frames, for example softwood to softwood. You drive each screw individually with a screwdriver and a PH-2 bit, so without an autofeed tool. Handy when you do not have a collated screwdriver to hand.
