A sheet metal screw with a drill point. With this he drills his own borehole and is easy to unscrew. This screw is mainly used in the metalworking industry for a metal thickness of up to 6.5mm. The sheet metal screws are available in different head shapes: flat countersunk (DIN7504P), cylinder head (DIN 7504 N) and a hexagon head with a pressed washer (DIN 7504 K). You have sheet metal screws with a Phillips drive and with an internal square drive (Squardrive). Most versions are electrolytically galvanized because stainless steel A2 is too soft to provide a drill point.
